Start by mixing all the ingredients into a bowl. If the honey isn't dissolving into the mixture add in a little warm water.
Add in salmon filets and let them marinate anywhere from 5 minutes up until 8 hrs.
Set broiler on high and move rack to the top.
Cover a sheet pan with aluminum foil.
Add your salmon filets to it and broil for 7 minutes or until it starts to brown.
With the leftover sauce pour into a small saucepan. Reduce until thickened.
Half way through the broil using a sauce brush, baste the salmon with the sauce.
Once the salmon is done, remove from oven and cover with remaining sauce.
