Chili Lime Broiled Salmon

Ingredients
  

  • 4 8 oz Salmon Filets
  • 1/4 Cup Coconut Aminos or Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • 1 Tbsp Lime Juice
  • 1 Tbsp Sambal
  • 1/4 Cup Warm Water Optional

Instructions
 

  • Start by mixing all the ingredients into a bowl. If the honey isn't dissolving into the mixture add in a little warm water.
  • Add in salmon filets and let them marinate anywhere from 5 minutes up until 8 hrs.
  • Set broiler on high and move rack to the top.
  • Cover a sheet pan with aluminum foil.
  • Add your salmon filets to it and broil for 7 minutes or until it starts to brown.
  • With the leftover sauce pour into a small saucepan. Reduce until thickened.
  • Half way through the broil using a sauce brush, baste the salmon with the sauce.
  • Once the salmon is done, remove from oven and cover with remaining sauce.
