- 2 Yukon Gold Potatoes
- 2 Large Carrots Washed and chopped into cubes.
- 1/2 Yellow Onion Chopped.
- 1 Cup Cashews
- 1 Cup Vegetable Broth
- 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tsp Mustard Powder
- 1 Tsp Onion Powder
- 1 Tbsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Pepper
- 1 Cup Coconut Milk From a can.
- 1/4 Cup Nutritional Yeast
Chop your vegetables and add them to your Instant Pot Add in seasonings, cashews, and vegetable stock. Stir
Turn on Manual 3 minutes. Quick release.
When vegetables are done, add it to a Blender. Add in nutritional yeast, and Coconut milk. Blend until smooth.
