Tropical Green Smoothie Bowl

  • 1 Banana Frozen
  • 1 Cup Pineapple Frozen
  • 1 Cup Dinosaur Kale
  • 1 Kiwi Skin removed
  • 1 Scoop Marine Collagen
  • 1/2 Cup Water

Blueberry Smoothie Bowl

  • 1 Banana Frozen
  • 1 Cup Blueberries Frozen
  • 1 Tbsp Pitaya Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Hemp Hearts
  • 1 Scoop of Collagen Powder
  • 1/4 Cup Water

Cherry Mama Smoothie Bowl

  • Banana Frozen
  • 1 Cup Strawberries Frozen
  • 1/2 Cup Cherries Frozen
  • 1 Tbsp Pitaya Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Coconut Cream
  • 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 Scoop of Collagen
  • 1/3 Cup Water

Cacao Smoothie Bowl

  • 1 Banana Frozen
  • 1 Cup Blueberries Frozen
  • 1 Tbsp Cacao Powder I use Navitas Organic
  • 1 Scoop Collagen
  • 1/3 Cup Water

Optional Garnishes

  • Goji Berries
  • Coconut Shavings or Shredded Coconut
  • Raspberries
  • Blueberries
  • Kiwi
  • Chia Seeds
  • Pineapple chunks
  • Hemp Hearts
  • Cherries
  • Granola

Instructions
 

  • Blend all your ingredients together until smooth.
  • Pour it into a bowl and add garnish to it for a smoothie bowl. Or add more liquid to it and drink it as a smoothie.
