- 1 Cup Cooked Oatmeal I like Bobs 8 Grain Hot Cereal Mix
- 1/4 Cup Almond Milk
- 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter
- 1 Tbsp Butter or Ghee
- 1 Tsp Maple Syrup
- 3 Fresh Figs Sliced
- 1/4 Cup Fresh Blueberries
- 1 Tsp Chia Seeds
- 1 Tsp Hemp Hearts
Start by making your oatmeal of choice. To make mine I pop it in the microwave for time.
1/4 cup oatmeal to 3/4 cup water. Stir and put in Microwave for 3 minutes. Stir and let stand for 2 minutes.
Add in milk and stir.
Next take your peanut butter, butter and maple syrup and put in the microwave for 30 seconds. Drizzle on your cereal.
Next add all your fruit, seeds and nuts. Enjoy!
