Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Cooked Oatmeal I like Bobs 8 Grain Hot Cereal Mix
  • 1/4 Cup Almond Milk
  • 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 1 Tbsp Butter or Ghee
  • 1 Tsp Maple Syrup
  • 3 Fresh Figs Sliced
  • 1/4 Cup Fresh Blueberries
  • 1 Tsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 Tsp Hemp Hearts

Instructions
 

  • Start by making your oatmeal of choice. To make mine I pop it in the microwave for time.
  • 1/4 cup oatmeal to 3/4 cup water. Stir and put in Microwave for 3 minutes. Stir and let stand for 2 minutes.
  • Add in milk and stir.
  • Next take your peanut butter, butter and maple syrup and put in the microwave for 30 seconds. Drizzle on your cereal.
  • Next add all your fruit, seeds and nuts. Enjoy!
