Sambal Oelek Chili Paste

Sambal is great to add to anything for a kick. It’s especially great to add to sauces, curries, and soups. It packs a ton of flavor with red pepper chilis, and vinegar. Similar to sriracha but only uses chili peppers and is not as sweet.
