Sessions can be in‑person or virtual — energy travels through intention, so both are equally effective.
We’ll begin with a short check‑in about what you’re experiencing and what you’d like support with. You’ll remain fully clothed and lie comfortably on a massage table (or a cozy spot at home for virtual sessions). With light touch or no touch, I’ll move my hands over key energetic pathways, allowing the energy to guide the session.
Everyone experiences Reiki differently — warmth, tingling, visuals, deep relaxation, or even sleep. There is no “right” way to receive.
Sessions last 35–45 minutes, followed by a brief reflection. Many people feel the effects for days afterward. Monthly or bi‑monthly sessions are a beautiful way to maintain energetic balance.
