Hard Boiled Eggs are one of the most convenient foods in my mind. Whether it’s grabbing them on the go with some buffalo sauce for a snack or adding them to your meals for an added source of protein. I always have this recipe on hand!
I prefer making a large batch in the instant pot and using them throughout the week but sometimes I will only make 2 if I’m using soft boiled eggs for a ramen or in an oatmeal.
Soft Boiled Eggs
The key to soft boiled eggs in the Instant Pot is turning the Instant Pot on manual for 1 minute. Then you let it naturally release for 1 minute and quick releases the remaining.
You will want to run it under cold water immediately to stop it from continuing to cook.
I like to completely cool down the eggs before trying to peel it.
If you are using the stove top versions you will want to put 1 tsp of water in the water so the shells will peel off easier.
