Enamel Coated Dutch Oven

Don’t get me wrong I love my Instant Pot but sometimes you have to go old school. One thing I love about a dutch oven is it works both for stove top and in the oven. It’s great if you want to put a good sear on a meat before baking it. It’s also good for braising, making bread and soups. I love having a slow simmer soup on the stove top. The yummy smells filling your house, yes, so good. Another secret is you don’t have to break the bank for a good Dutch. I know the Le Creuset’s are beautiful. However, the Lodges in my book are just as good, they are 50% cheaper and they come in multiple colors.
