I don’t think people realize the benefits of a good blender until they actually have one.  I finally made the investment one day after my Ninja busted and bought myself a professional grade Vitamix Blender. Wow. It’s like the Cadillac of blenders. No more overheating or grinding. This blender will pulverize anything. It has variable speeds, pulsing, and a tamper that helps push down all the food. You can chop, blend, grind and emulsify till your hearts content. My favorite part about this Vitamix version is that it is short so it fits on my counter under my cupboards nicely.
