A learned about a Mandoline Food Slicer when I was in culinary school. It is by far one of the most versatile, quick tools in my kitchen. It can uniformly shred, slice, matchstick, cut anything in seconds! By hand it’s tedious, tiring and boring. With the mandoline it’s quick, easy and fun. Just make sure to pay attention to what you’re doing. The blade is super sharp. One thing I learned the hard way!
