Slotted Spatula (Fish Spatula)

This is one of my favorite spatulas ever. Yes, I have a favorite spatula. This spatula is super thin and flexible. It’s slits make it perfect to use when flipping pan fried foods or poaching. I also love it because it’s thin enough to get under delicate foods like latkes, fritters and fish fillets.
