Reiki is the Japanese term for universal energy. Rei means universal and Ki means life force energy. It is a non invasive form of energy healing that heals by flowing through the low vibrational energy fields and charging them with positive energy. Master Reiki Practitioners do not direct energy; instead we channel the energy to travel to the places in the body that need it most. This allows your body to raise its vibration, clear its chakras, meridians, and pathways, allowing for a higher consciousness connection.
Reiki treatments can help with stress and release tension. It can help with anxiety, insomnia, depression, help relieve physical pain, and raise awareness in your intuition.
Taking time out for yourself to listen and to go deep within the constitution of your body allows you to connect with yourself on a deeper level. creating a sense of peace and relaxation.
When your mind is quiet and your soul is at peace, that is when you need to start paying attention and listening to what your body is trying to tell you.

What Does a Session with a Master Reiki Practitioner Look Like?
We can do in person or virtual sessions. Some people like in person sessions, however they both work because we are all energy. By setting the intention for you to receive the energy a practitioner can change the pathway of the energy to be guided to you directly.
We would start by briefly discussing what brought you in for a session. Then I would have you lay comfortably somewhere or on a massage table if in person. You would be completely clothed.
Taking some deep breaths you would close your eyes and begin to relax. Using gentle touch or no touch I would start to use my hands and guide them over certain meridians on your body. I would allow the energy to work through me and guide me throughout the session. Remember that intention is a powerful tool for this healing practice to work.
Everyone has different experiences. Some have visuals, others fall asleep. There is no wrong session.
The sessions normally run from 35-45 minutes. Afterwards we talk about any new insights and what you experienced.
Some may feel the effects of a session for up to a week. If you like the benefits, I would recommend a session once a month or bi monthly.
